The first stage of a project requires us to build the important relationship with you, our client. Where required, we will use surveys and scoping to establish what the assignment is about, what it should achieve, required timescales and risk identification.
It is this important first stage of the process that allows us to introduce ourselves to all stakeholders in the project and to listen as we start to think about the main objectives.
We want to understand our client’s business, processes and the problems that they face in order to clearly lay out the process that leads towards defining the requirements. This includes highlighting those unnecessary elements that would be a distraction to the process and ultimate solution.
At this stage we will also clearly lay out the mechanisms that we use to keep the consultancy process managed, informative and involving for our client.
If required, a detailed audit of existing processes and systems will be undertaken with a view to integrating or evolving those, where practical, to preserve previous investment. |
