Ongoing Quality

We believe that the important element in achieving high availability and reliability is that of ongoing quality assessment. At the procurement process, Ansa-IT therefore engages with potential suppliers to highlight the importance of attentive service with regards to proactive management and support of systems and solutions. Selecting the right partners and solutions for the project is the first step to achieving the goal of 'fit for purpose' and to reach, if not exceed, the desired level of customer expectation. Ensuring the longevity of service and maximum return on investment is equally important in order to provide an excellent user experience for all levels of staff. We actively encourage suppliers to use monitoring and feedback processes to provide the best possible customer experience. In order to do that, measurables will be defined to assist this monitoring and review process. It is important that this proactive approach is maintained in an ongoing basis through any support contracts and maintenance plans. To ensure implementation of such practices, Ansa-IT will review support strategies proposed by suppliers and offer advice where necessary. Of course it is very important that excellence is achieved during implementation, support and continual improvement of new solutions and that, ultimately, stems from attention to the detail within a project and within the review process.
